I have had Dogzilla twice and love it each time. Their yakisoba dog comes with yakisoba noodles on top of a spicy sausage. Yum! It's even baby friendly. Baby likes the noodles for din. My girlfriend came over recently for a playdate with her baby. Her baby wore the cutest amber necklace. My friend told me it helps for teething. I got one for my baby and she's been wearing it non-stop (minus bath time). So far, she hasn't been fussy with it on. I don't know it it's the necklace but I think it is. I recently took baby to Pretend City in Irvine. How do you describe this place? It's a mini city where kids cab touch and play with everything. They have a grocery, vegetarian restaurant, police station, fire station, dentist, doctor, beach, and theatre. Admission is $11. Last Memorial Day, we went to San Fran. My girlfriend told me about a Dumpling place to try. We got take out here and loved everything we got from green scallion pancakes, soup dumplings to pork buns. I have been meaning to try The Scoop forever after reading about it on mom blogs and Yelp. I finally did last Wednesday with baby, my girlfriend and her son. Too bad it was overcast and windy, but ice cream sandwiches make everything all better. They serve Thrifty ice cream and make homemade cookies. I chose chocolate malted crunch and s'mores and chocolate chip cookies. My friend got chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream and mint chocolate chip ice cream cone for her son. Yum yum! I have been meaning to try Casey's since I heard Shes the cupcake Wars winner. I love Laguna Beach too so the location was appealing. Friday, baby and I ventured to the beach since the sun came out. I got raspberry and lemon to go. Ohmigoodness! They were moist and airy. I loved the cupcakes. Looks like sprinkles and Frosted has some competition. My latest obsession are the tacos at Taqueria Mexico. It's in Westminster off Westminster Blvd and Springdale. My bro took me here Sunday. I love their al pastor and chorizo tacos. I finally tried Sensitive Sweets after driving by it on Brookhurst. This bakery is dairy free, nuts free, and gluten free. The owner was super nice and told me about all the cupcakes and muffins. Mom, bebe and I went to the food trucks again at the ocfair. I got dessert to go, as usual. My mini cupcakes consisted of 50/50 (orange creamsicle), red vvet, blueberry, and birthday cake (Funfetti). Every Monday morning, you can most kikt find me and baby at Bella terra in Huntington beach. They have great free entertainment for kids. We saw a clown do a puppet show.
