Boscia Makeup Breakup Cleansing Oil

My favorite beauty item to use during this hot summer is my Boscia Makeup cleansing oil. It's green and minty so feels really cool on my skin. You pour a little on and rub your hands, then rub on your face to grab the icky stuff off. Finally, you rinse your face with water and boy, does your face feel clean. Highly recommended especially in this heat wave! More info: Sephora link

Toygaroo

I first heard about this company on the Nate Berkus show. Toygaroo claims to be the Netflix of toys, where you can rent toys for your kids. Sounds like a good idea, huh? More info: Toygaroo

Pedicure colors

I'm getting a pedicure today. Yay, my monthly me time treat. In my research for colors, it says neon, metallic, blue, red, pink, and violets are in for summer. I'm feeling like blue toes. More info: Yahoo shine! - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone

L'Occitane Almond Body Oil

I googled the other week to see if my H20+ shower body oil was still available but nope it was not. What a sad beauty day for me! After lots of research, I found L'Occitane Almond Body Oil . The reviews seem stellar so I bought it at Sephora recently. I'll have to report back if it is good. Wish me luck!

Korres Vitamin E Primer

So I was thinking, I already put a serum, moisturizer and sunscreen before makeup. Do I really want to add another step? Do I need a primer? In the times, I've used a primer before my foundation I notice my make-up lasting all day. With a toddler who wants to explore the world, I don't have time to be doing beauty touch ups. I got a sample of Korres Vitamin E primer from Sephora and ooh do I love it. It made my skin look all dewy and moist like those models in the magazine. I purchased it yesterday and can't wait to make it part of my makeup routine. That is, the days I'm lucky enough to put makeup on. Haha! More info: Korres primer

@CondeElevator kaput

Is it true that the @CondeElevator writer has retired? That's what The Cut reports. I thought it was interesting on how he or she would post on what is being said in an elevator. If only I thought of that...I have heard some interesting things before.

My hairstylist told me about Tuesday nights at Downtown Huntington Beach. I googled it and found Surf City Nights . Baby and I went last Tuesday and had a blast. There's a food court, farmer's market, entertainment, bounce houses, and clothing sales. Definitely check it out and get ready to find parking.

Tommee Tippee Bib

My girlfriend and her toddler son visited me a few weeks ago. She saw my struggles with feeding my squirmy toddler and told me about Tommee Tippee bibs. I bought one yesterday and used it today and boy, this thing is cool. It collects all the food and drips. I can wash it and bring it with me wherever I go. Pretty cool! True Food kitchen

Image
We went to True food kitchen in Newport for a friend's goodbye dinner. This organic restaurant was a little pricey but yummy nonetheless. My brother and I shared the kale salad and panang tofu curry. My baby had the chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice and vegetables. For dessert, we got the strawberry rhubarb tart and chocolate flourless cake. Both were superb! This restaurant is one you should try for healthy food! - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone

...my babygeek app On my iphone. Ohmigoodness, this thing is a lifesaver for my 14 month old. I can record sleep, meals, snacks, nursing sessions, and diaper changes to remind me what's next.
