Dos Postres

I love it when restaurants try a new spin on food. Xanh surprised me with their dessert offerings. I have heard of crème brulee with bananas or berries, but never with coconut. The crunchy consistency of coconut with the creamy custard and caramelized sugar definitely works.

Chocolate soufflé alone is usually rich and decadent, but not when it is accompanied by ginger ice cream or a shot of hibiscus tea.
