Wild Ginger

My favorite restaurant in Downtown Seattle hands down has to be Wild Ginger. I was first introduced to it by a friend when I attended a dinner party. This awesome Asian fusion restaurant has been featured in foodie magazines like Bon Appetit and Gourmet.

My mom and I ate a late night dinner where we feasted on tofu satay, halibut w/ green mango salsa, and portobello mushrooms and snow peas in oyster sauce.

To celebrate the July 4 holiday, I had to try their special desert called Independence Day Tart filled with blueberries, rasberries, lemon custard, and red sparkler candle.
