Santa Fe: jewelry

The best part of Santa Fe  had to be all the jewelry. We stumbled upon Governor's Gallery where there were Indian vendors selling handmade jewelry on mats. Many accepted cash but some were high tech with the iPhone square for credit cards.

I was able to get a silver bracelet with turquoise that reminded me of a childhood bracelet my mom got me when we went to Arizona during my childhood.

My other purchase was leather
bands. The vendor, JR, told me he made them all himself. They all had different pictures like eagles, clouds, blue birds, and sky. I got the blue bird one for me and eagle sky one for my brother.

I was also able to snag some gifts of Hematite necklaces for my mom, myself and girlfriends at a local store. Yay!
