Santa Fe: The Shed
Hubby looked up a lunch spot to go to after checking into our hotel last Friday. The reviews for The Shed said this was the restaurant to try when visiting Santa Fe. Score! There was a 30 minute wait but it was fine since I got to buy jewelry at Governor's Gallery (stay tuned for that post!). When we did sit down, we got guacamole and chips. Hubby got the enchilada and taco plate while I got the carne adovada plate. Both were served with posole and beans. Posole is a corn like side dish that is really tasty. I loved spicy red chile. It was unlike anything I tasted. Hubby cleaned his plate clean but I only did half since I still had a bridesmaid dress to fit in. This restaurant is definitely a spot to go to when in Santa Fe.
