Scotch & Soda grand opening recap

Last October 18, I attended the grand opening of South Coast Plaza's new Scotch & Soda's store located near Bloomingdale's. The grand opening party had a DJ playing music with red and white wine being served to guests too. As I looked around the cozy store, it reminded me of Parisian fashion. Everything was so effortlessly chic. I tried on the Vintage Bomber Jacket and could imagine styling it with black skinny jeans and ankle boots. I also tried the Classic Tailored Jacket in old rose and felt immediately like Olivia Pope.  Everyone needs a pink coat in their life.

As I talked to the Scotch & Soda team, I learned that the brand has been around since the 80's and first started with menswear and later launched the women's collection in 2010. I'm so happy to hear they made their Orange County debut here.

There were so many fall/winter elements I loved like the black and white faux fur jacket, leather bomber jacket, and printed pima pants. Who doesn't love fur, leather and florals? Mixing trends makes getting dressed easier.

If you're ever at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, be sure to check out the boho Amsterdam couture at Scotch & Soda.
