Anepalco's Cafe

I love brunch , as you can tell from my blog and Instagram. My girlfriends and I like to meet up for brunch when we can. We decided to try a spot in Orange called Anepalco's Cafe. It's such a cute mom & pop place with limited parking.

Since there were four of us, we decided to order family style. From top to bottom in the first photo:
  • Anepalco's Chilaquiles - tortilla chips, omelette style eggs, red sauce, cotija, sour cream avocado mousse, pico de gallo
  • Green Chilaquiles - tortilla chips, omelette style eggs, tomatillo sauce, green sauce, cotija, sour cream, avocado mousse, pico de gallo, pepitas
  • Huevos Divorciados - green & red sauce, corn tortillas, ham, bacon, eggs, red onion, avocado, cotija, sour cream, cilantro
  • Guava French Toast - sadly they don't serve it anymore but they have a new Horchata French Toast now. Ooh la la!
My favorite was the Green Chilaquiles and Guava French Toast. I'm a sucker for green sauce from my visit from New Mexico. All the food was savory and delicious.  I definitely will return when I want a Mexican brunch.
