Ritter's has been on my bucket list for a while. Cajun seafood , yes please.

My sister was in town so we needed to find a restaurant. We usually get Thai food but thought we would change it up and try Ritter's in Santa Ana.

The wait was crazy for a holiday lunch but well worth it for the food . I couldn't decide on what to get so we decided to shared a dish together. I got the cioppono and she oredered jambalaya. Hers was a heat scale of 10 while mike was a 5.

I loved the cioppono and it even came with noodles underneath to soak up the tomatoe based fish stew. It had calamari, clams, mussels and shrimp. It was amazing.

The jambalaya was spicy heaven filled with chicken, shrimp, and noodles . It had a strong smoky flavor. The spice level was hot but doable.

The food was definitely amazing. I can't wait to return and try other dishes.
